- A minimum product subtotal of $300 applies.
- Shipping
- Shipping fee is calculated based on the order weight, size, and destination. You’ll receive an invoice with the total before paying.
- Flexible Options
- Choose delivery or pick up at our Mulberry Street location. We’ll email you when your order is ready.
- Final Sale
- We do not accept returns. Retailers assume ownership of their inventory once an order has shipped.

- Who is Iconic Wholesale for?
- Iconic Wholesale is for businesses that want to sell or offer magazines in their spaces, including independent bookstores, cafés, boutique gift shops, fashion, beauty and lifestyle retailers, specialty food stores, hotels, galleries, newsstands and other approved businesses.
- Do I need a resale certificate?
- A Federal Tax ID (EIN) is required. A New York State resale certificate number is optional but speeds up review.
- When will I see prices?
- Immediately after approval. Sign in to the retailer portal to view wholesale pricing and current availability.
- Can I change my order after submitting?
- You can cancel while its status is submitted. If it has moved to review, email us as soon as possible for additional support.
- How often does inventory change?
- Inventory changes frequently as quantities sell through. We receive new magazines and issues daily and add them to the wholesale portal as they become available. Once you submit an order, your copies are reserved while it is under review, so they cannot be claimed by another retailer.
- Can I order back issues?
- Yes. Approved retailers may order any current or back issue displayed in the wholesale catalog, subject to availability. If a title or issue is not shown in the catalog, it is not currently available for wholesale ordering.
- What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- If any items arrive damaged, photograph the box and affected items before opening further, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review each case and arrange a replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost.
- What are your payment methods and terms?
- Once your order is approved, you’ll receive an invoice with a secure payment link. Your invoice will include payment instructions and available options. Payment is due within seven days of the invoice date, and orders are processed once payment is received.
- What is the estimated fulfillment time?
- Most retailer orders are prepared within 2-3 business days after payment is received, subject to inventory availability. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
- What are the pickup instructions?
- Free pickup is available at our Mulberry Street location (188 Mulberry Street, New York, NY 10012) daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” email before arriving, then enter through the main storefront, notify a staff member, and have your order number ready.
